You’ll deeply energise and as you flow with your breath through powerful yoga poses accompanied by a beautiful playlist. You’ll refresh and refine your alignment in the foundational poses, try some new and really fun poses and you’ll challenge yourself to work on some of those poses you’ve always wanted to be able to do! Full of inspiring teachings, poetry, music and joy this will be an invigorating and all-round awesome afternoon.

A hip flexor and hamstring opening adventure! Build warmth and openness with a fun and fluid lower body focused flow. Discover the beautiful balance of strength and flexibility needed to progress towards arm balances and inversions with plenty of options along the way. Then enjoy winding down with mellow seated and supine postures and relaxing deeply.

You’ll explore bringing more ease in to your hamstrings and hip flexors, your yoga practice and everything you do, so that while ‘doing’ less, you’re achieving so much more of what’s truly important to you. You’ll leave with a sense of deep calm, feeling grounded, content and ready to bring more focus, flow and ease to everything you do. It’s going to be great fun, energising and revitalising. All levels of yogi from beginners are very welcome.
