Spring in to Spring!  If the cold, dark, Winter months have left you feeling tired, lethargic, low on energy and less than your best, this is the workshop for you.

Embrace the season of renewal and celebrate the start of Spring and all the energy it brings, in this special SHINE & ENERGISE yoga workshop.

Release stress and dissolve tension in your upper body. Discover feelings of spaciousness and vibrant energy in expansive chest and shoulder openers that will help you move with ease, and plenty of encouragement, in to invigorating backbends.

Our peak poses will be Urdhva Dhanurasana (upward facing bow pose) and Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasana (upward facing staff pose). Plus plenty of wonderful gentler variations like Setu Bandhasana (bridge pose) so you can do just what feels good for you.

This workshop is sure to leave you feeling energised and ready to shine your brightest this Spring!

Shine & Energise

Our seasonal ‘Shine & Energise’ workshops give you the opportunity to experience the most powerfully uplifting and rejuvenating yoga practices so you can feel your best and shine your brightest all year!

You can look forward to a unique and powerfully revitalising blend of restorative yoga, pranayama, vinyasa flow, tai chi, yin yoga and deep relaxation to awaken, balance and enhance your energy.

Each workshop incorporates poses and themes perfect for the season, all taught in a friendly, supportive and feel-good way, with options for every level of yogi.

You’ll begin in a deeply restful restorative yoga pose that will help you to slow down, turn inward and feel calm and comfortable. You’ll then be guided through a pranayama ‘vital energy’ practice to awaken and bring in to balance your energy.

You’ll move through a creative, breath-centered vinyasa flow yoga sequence of joyful, feel good yoga poses, woven together beautifully with expansive movement and fluid transitions to recharge, revitalise and leave you feeling your most radiantly energised. Expect warming, strengthening, uplifting poses that guide you towards a peak pose that we’ll take time to break down workshop and explore. 

Then slow down with tranquil yin yoga poses incorporating tai chi movements. The workshop will end with a gorgeous guided relaxation, complete with eye pillows, aromatherapy essential oils, blankets and music.

You’ll love the wonderful playlist of great music, poetry and inspiring teachings along with the big smiles, fun challenges and  a few poses you may never have tried before!

Plus after the workshop we’ll go on a wonderful walk. I’m excited to add this extra element to our Spring workshop. After the yoga workshop is complete we’ll set off from the studio and head out in to the Spring sunshine for a couple of hours of walking along the river and through some of London’s most beautiful parks. Our walk

After the workshop ends at 4pm anyone who would like to is welcome to join us for a wonderful walk. We’ll follow a beautiful route winding along the river, before heading in to St James Park, Green Park and Hyde Park. We’ll find a great stop to pause for refreshments too.

The walk is totally free, just for fun and the chance to catch up, make new friends and enjoy some of London’s most beautiful views in the Spring sunshine. Our route will be around 5 miles and take about 2 hours plus a cafe stop.  It’ll be a wonderful opportunity to take in the beautiful parks in Spring, get outside and continue to energise and feel great after our workshop. I’m really looking forward to catching up with you all.
