It’s time to unwind and unravel all that deep seated tension and tightness you’re holding in your upper back, shoulders and neck. Through a creative and energising flow sequence you’ll stretch out the stress and unravel the knots you’ve stored in your shoulders and between your shoulder blades.  You’ll strengthen the often weak muscles of your upper back and discover how this new found strength and alignment will help you float in to arm balances, inversions, chaturanga and backbends. 

You can look forward to flowing through fun and funky eagle variations, lifting off in to crow pose like never before, refreshing your perspective and improving your alignment in key poses like chaturanga, cobra and upward facing dog plus having the opportunity to try some new and playful poses with plenty of support and encouragement.

Full of inspiring teachings, poetry, music and joy this will be an invigorating, energising and all-round awesome afternoon. You’ll learn so many alignment tips and techniques that you can bring in to your regular yoga practice. AND you’ll leave feeling so refreshed, relaxed and inspired, just like you’ve had a 2 hour shoulder, back and neck massage!
