Slow down and go with the flow! This 2 hour yoga workshop with Jen Austin is all about the importance of taking your time, enjoying the journey and letting go of busyness and overwhelm.
If your head is full of to do lists, information, work, decisions and distractions this workshop is perfect for you! Be inspired to drop some of your ‘need to’s’ and the ‘should dos’ to find more joy, calm and fulfilment right now.
The workshop will incorporate fluid, creative vinyasa flow sequences and longer deeper holds in gorgeous yin poses as well as guided meditation, relaxation and plenty of inspiration.
You’ll explore bringing more ease in your yoga practice and your life, so that while ‘doing’ less, you’re achieving so much more of what’s truly important to you.
You’ll leave with a sense of deep calm, feeling grounded, content and ready to bring more focus, flow and ease to everything you do.
