23 Aug Upper Back & Shoulder Opening Online Yoga Class

Unwind tension in your upper back and release tightness from your shoulders and neck in this revitalising 45 minute online vinyasa flow yoga class. With slow, mindful movement and attention to your breath, this calming practice will help you to deeply relax and take time out just for you.

    Jen, I just did the practice and, when I wasn’t looking at the screen & just hearing your voice, it took me back to Italy! I enjoyed the practice and feel great now, just before bed time here in Nashville. (Oh, I LOVED the sound of seagulls too – reminded me of home in Margate, and made me smile a lot!) Namaste
