You’ll strengthen your whole body, increase your flexibility and glow with energy! Yoga classes end with a deep relaxation to leave you peaceful, refreshed and uplifted.
Join us at our beautiful ocean front location at Lusty Glaze beach (the Sunday Times Best Beach of the Year 2017) for a beach yoga class with the most breathtaking view, every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Relax in blissful surroundings, breathe the sea air, flow through an uplifting yoga class and enjoy a sense of deep calm and total tranquillity.
Classes will be 75 minutes long and include a restful relaxation, a gorgeous meditation and a Vinyasa Flow yoga practice with yoga teacher Jen Austin.

You’ll float out of these classes feeling revitalised and relaxed. Classes also include meditation and guided relaxations to leave you feeling serene and centered. The yoga classes will be filled with accessible teachings and ideas to inspire you and help you reconnect with what’s important to you, feel good about yourself and love life.
In every class you’ll find intelligent, thoughtful sequencing and mindful breathing that in time, can be a way to better understand our bodies as well as understand our lives. Soon the lessons we learn on the mat begin to follow us off the mat and not only do we become stronger, more in tune and connected to our bodies, we become happier and more connected to ourselves and the world around us.
